Configured for steam-to-liquid heating, SU2610-6 carries the removable U-tube bundle construction that defines the SU/WU range. Steam condenses in the single-pass shell while the heated fluid travels the tubes. Physically, the unit runs a 26-inch shell, 120-inch shell length, and roughly 151-15/16 inches overall in a 6-pass arrangement. That works out to about 1061 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Standard construction uses steel bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. On the ratings side, expect 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. Installations range across swimming pool heating, radiant panel and snow-melt converters, and building comfort heating.
