HTWU109-25

Built around a removable U-tube bundle, HTWU109-25 delivers high-temperature water heating for demanding service. High-temperature water flows through the tube side, so the heads rather than the shell set the pressure limit. Dimensionally it is a 10-inch shell unit, 108-inch shell length, and roughly 113-3/8 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 131 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. As furnished, materials include cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. On the ratings side, expect 150 PSI on the shell side, 400 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. Installations range across industrial process heating, campus and district energy systems, and high-temperature hot water distribution.
