SU64-4

Built around a removable U-tube bundle, SU64-4 delivers steam-to-liquid heating for demanding service. Steam condenses in the single-pass shell while the heated fluid travels the tubes. Physically, the unit runs a 6-inch shell, 48-inch shell length, and roughly 52-1/8 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 17.39 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. The build specifies cast iron or brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel or brass tubesheets. Design ratings run to 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. Installations range across radiant panel and snow-melt converters, swimming pool heating, and building comfort heating.
