Physically, the unit runs a 12-inch shell, 72-inch shell length, and roughly 77-1/2 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 119 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. The build specifies cast brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. On the ratings side, expect 150 PSI on the shell side, 125 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. Typical duty includes instantaneous domestic water heating, building comfort heating, and swimming pool heating.
