Physically, the unit runs a 12-inch shell, 72-inch shell length, and roughly 77-1/2 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 126 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Standard construction uses cast brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. The unit is rated for 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and N/A maximum temperature.
