HTWU126-24

The HTWU platform pairs a removable U-tube bundle with proven shell-side baffling, and HTWU126-24 applies that design to high-temperature water heating. High-temperature water flows through the tube side, so the heads rather than the shell set the pressure limit. Physically, the unit runs a 12-inch shell, 72-inch shell length, and roughly 78 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 126 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. On the ratings side, expect 150 PSI on the shell side, 400 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature.
