Configured for liquid-to-liquid heating and cooling, WU207-68 carries the removable U-tube bundle construction that defines the SU/WU range. Pumped boiler water circulates through the baffled shell against the tube-side fluid. Dimensionally it is a 20-inch shell unit, 84-inch shell length, and roughly 101-1/8 inches overall in a 6-pass arrangement. It carries 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. As furnished, materials include cast iron or brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel or brass tubesheets. Operating limits are 150 PSI on the shell side, N/A on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. Installations range across condensate cooling, hydronic HVAC converters, and pool and storage-tower heating. Optional stainless shells, 90/10 copper-nickel tubes, and cast brass or bronze bonnets suit aggressive or brackish water service.
