WU145-68

The SU/WU platform pairs a removable U-tube bundle with proven shell-side baffling, and WU145-68 applies that design to liquid-to-liquid heating and cooling. Pumped boiler water circulates through the baffled shell against the tube-side fluid. Its envelope centers on a 14-inch diameter shell, 60-inch shell length, and roughly 69-1/8 inches overall in a 6-pass arrangement. It carries 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers cast iron or brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel or brass tubesheets. The unit is rated for 150 PSI on the shell side, N/A on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. Common applications are hydronic HVAC converters, oil cooling and snow melting, and pool and storage-tower heating.
