Pumped boiler water circulates through the baffled shell against the tube-side fluid. The configuration measures 14 inches across the shell, 48-inch shell length, and roughly 57-1/2 inches overall in a 6-pass arrangement. It carries 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Standard construction uses cast iron or brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel or brass tubesheets.
