WU1010-65

Built around a removable U-tube bundle, WU1010-65 delivers liquid-to-liquid heating and cooling for demanding service. Pumped boiler water circulates through the baffled shell against the tube-side fluid. Dimensionally it is a 10-inch shell unit, 120-inch shell length, and roughly 125 inches overall in a 6-pass arrangement. That works out to about 116 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers cast iron or brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel or brass tubesheets. On the ratings side, expect 150 PSI on the shell side, N/A on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. Installations range across pool and storage-tower heating, hydronic HVAC converters, and oil cooling and snow melting.
