Configured for general industrial liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, this configuration carries the removable straight-tube bundle construction that defines the OC straight tube range. An internally packed floating rear tubesheet absorbs differential expansion, and the bundle pulls for straight-through mechanical tube cleaning. Dimensionally it is a 18-inch shell unit, 144-inch shell length, and roughly 160-1/2 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 725 square feet of heat transfer surface on 5/8-inch O.D. tubes. That combination is cataloged as 5-151-18-144-002. Standard construction uses cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. Operating limits are 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature.
