Configured for general industrial liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, this configuration carries the removable straight-tube bundle construction that defines the OC straight tube range. An internally packed floating rear tubesheet absorbs differential expansion, and the bundle pulls for straight-through mechanical tube cleaning. The configuration measures 12 inches across the shell, 84-inch shell length, and roughly 93-1/2 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 224 square feet of heat transfer surface on 5/8-inch O.D. tubes. The build specifies cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets.
