An internally packed floating rear tubesheet absorbs differential expansion, and the bundle pulls for straight-through mechanical tube cleaning. The configuration measures 8 inches across the shell, 120-inch shell length, and roughly 128-1/8 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 124.1 square feet of heat transfer surface on 5/8-inch O.D. tubes. That combination is cataloged as 5-151-08-120-002. As furnished, materials include cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. Design ratings run to 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature.
