It shares the compact CHX envelope while targeting service that would attack a standard cooler. Physically, the unit runs a 6-inch shell, 24-inch shell length, and roughly 29 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 23 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. That combination is cataloged as CHXS624-4L. The build specifies cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. Operating limits are 300 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature.
