CHXS336-4S

The CHXS compact platform pairs a fixed-tubesheet bundle with proven shell-side baffling, and CHXS336-4S applies that design to compact liquid cooling in corrosive service. It shares the compact CHX envelope while targeting service that would attack a standard cooler. The configuration measures 3 inches across the shell, 36-inch shell length in a 4-pass arrangement. It carries 5/8-inch O.D. tubes. The build specifies cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. On the ratings side, expect 300 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. Installations range across deionized and treated water cooling, mechanical seal cooling, and hydraulic and lube oil cooling.
