Compressed air passes through the tubes against cooling water in the baffled shell, and the tube interiors clean easily from either end. The configuration measures 3-1/2 inches across the shell, 50-inch shell length, and roughly 50 inches overall in a 1-pass arrangement. That works out to about 4.2 square feet of heat transfer surface on 1/4-inch O.D. tubes. That combination is cataloged as 5-005-03-050-005.
