Built around a two-pass U-bend bundle, 5-276-10-024-002 delivers in-tank heating with boiler water in the tubes for demanding service. The bundle mounts through a collar in the tank wall and heats the surrounding fluid by natural convection. The configuration measures 10 inches across the shell, 24-inch shell length, and roughly 23-3/8 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 27 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. The build specifies cast brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. The unit is rated for 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. The series sees regular use in hydronic-fed storage systems, domestic water storage heating, and hot water storage tanks.
