5-276-08-018-002 is a TCS/TCW tank heater unit built on a two-pass U-bend bundle for in-tank heating with boiler water in the tubes. The bundle mounts through a collar in the tank wall and heats the surrounding fluid by natural convection. The configuration measures 8 inches across the shell, and roughly 16-1/4 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 11 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers cast brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. On the ratings side, expect 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. Common applications are hydronic-fed storage systems, domestic water storage heating, and hot water storage tanks.
