SU265-2

Built around a removable U-tube bundle, SU265-2 delivers steam-to-liquid heating for demanding service. Steam condenses in the single-pass shell while the heated fluid travels the tubes. The configuration measures 26 inches across the shell, 60-inch shell length, and roughly 100-1/4 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 600 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers steel bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. Operating limits are 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. The series sees regular use in building comfort heating, instantaneous domestic water heating, and radiant panel and snow-melt converters.
