Physically, the unit runs a 16-inch shell, 96-inch shell length, and roughly 105-5/8 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 291 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. As furnished, materials include cast brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. Design ratings run to 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and N/A maximum temperature. Installations range across swimming pool heating, radiant panel and snow-melt converters, and building comfort heating.
