Steam condenses in the single-pass shell while the heated fluid travels the tubes. The configuration measures 14 inches across the shell, 96-inch shell length, and roughly 104-3/4 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 224 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. As furnished, materials include cast brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. The unit is rated for 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and N/A maximum temperature. Typical duty includes building comfort heating, instantaneous domestic water heating, and radiant panel and snow-melt converters.
