Physically, the unit runs a 14-inch shell, 36-inch shell length, and roughly 44-3/4 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 83 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers cast brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. Operating limits are 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and N/A maximum temperature. Installations range across swimming pool heating, radiant panel and snow-melt converters, and instantaneous domestic water heating.
