Built around a removable U-tube bundle, 5-261-12-120-005 delivers steam-to-liquid heating for demanding service. Steam condenses in the single-pass shell while the heated fluid travels the tubes. Its envelope centers on a 12-inch diameter shell, 120-inch shell length, and roughly 125-1/2 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 200 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers cast brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. The unit is rated for 150 PSI on the shell side, 125 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. Common applications are radiant panel and snow-melt converters, swimming pool heating, and instantaneous domestic water heating.
