Dimensionally it is a 8-inch shell unit, 72-inch shell length, and roughly 77-3/8 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 49 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. As furnished, materials include cast brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. The unit is rated for 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. Installations range across building comfort heating, radiant panel and snow-melt converters, and instantaneous domestic water heating.
