Built around a removable U-tube bundle, 5-261-08-024-001 delivers steam-to-liquid heating for demanding service. Steam condenses in the single-pass shell while the heated fluid travels the tubes. The configuration measures 8 inches across the shell, 24-inch shell length, and roughly 29-3/8 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 15 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. The build specifies cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. The unit is rated for 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. Common applications are swimming pool heating, building comfort heating, and instantaneous domestic water heating.
