Built around a removable U-tube bundle, 5-261-04-024-005 delivers steam-to-liquid heating for demanding service. Steam condenses in the single-pass shell while the heated fluid travels the tubes. Physically, the unit runs a 4-inch shell, 24-inch shell length, and roughly 29 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 4.5 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers cast brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. Operating limits are 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. Typical duty includes building comfort heating, instantaneous domestic water heating, and radiant panel and snow-melt converters.
