Physically, the unit runs a 20-inch shell, 120-inch shell length, and roughly 133-3/4 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 628 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. The build specifies cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. On the ratings side, expect 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. Typical duty includes radiant panel and snow-melt converters, swimming pool heating, and instantaneous domestic water heating.
