Built around a removable U-tube bundle, 5-260-18-072-002 delivers steam-to-liquid heating for demanding service. Steam condenses in the single-pass shell while the heated fluid travels the tubes. Its envelope centers on a 18-inch diameter shell, 72-inch shell length, and roughly 84-1/2 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 290 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Standard construction uses cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. The unit is rated for 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. Installations range across building comfort heating, swimming pool heating, and radiant panel and snow-melt converters.
