Its envelope centers on a 8-inch diameter shell, 48-inch shell length, and roughly 53-3/8 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 32 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. As furnished, materials include cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. Operating limits are 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. Typical duty includes instantaneous domestic water heating, building comfort heating, and swimming pool heating.
