Pumped boiler water circulates through the baffled shell against the tube-side fluid. Its envelope centers on a 6-inch diameter shell, 84-inch shell length, and roughly 88-1/8 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 31.5 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. That combination is cataloged as WU67-23. The build specifies cast iron or brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel or brass tubesheets. On the ratings side, expect 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature.
