For liquid-to-liquid heating and cooling, the SU/WU line offers a removable U-tube bundle design; WU2410-4 sits within that range. Pumped boiler water circulates through the baffled shell against the tube-side fluid. Physically, the unit runs a 24-inch shell, 120-inch shell length, and roughly 160-5/8 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 946 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. As furnished, materials include cast iron or brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel or brass tubesheets. Operating limits are 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. Common applications are oil cooling and snow melting, hydronic HVAC converters, and condensate cooling.
