Pumped boiler water circulates through the baffled shell against the tube-side fluid. Its envelope centers on a 20-inch diameter shell, 60-inch shell length, and roughly 81-1/8 inches overall in a 6-pass arrangement. It carries 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers cast iron or brass bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel or brass tubesheets. The unit is rated for 150 PSI on the shell side, N/A on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. The series sees regular use in oil cooling and snow melting, pool and storage-tower heating, and hydronic HVAC converters. This build is designated WU205-613.
