Built around a removable U-tube bundle, 5-266-10-060-002 delivers liquid-to-liquid heating and cooling for demanding service. Pumped boiler water circulates through the baffled shell against the tube-side fluid. Its envelope centers on a 10-inch diameter shell, 60-inch shell length, and roughly 65 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 68 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Standard construction uses cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. Design ratings run to 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. The series sees regular use in oil cooling and snow melting, pool and storage-tower heating, and hydronic HVAC converters.
