An internally packed floating rear tubesheet absorbs differential expansion, and the bundle pulls for straight-through mechanical tube cleaning. Physically, the unit runs a 20-inch shell, 132-inch shell length, and roughly 150 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 855 square feet of heat transfer surface on 5/8-inch O.D. tubes. That combination is cataloged as 5-151-20-132-002. The build specifies cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. Operating limits are 150 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature.
