Configured for general industrial liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, this configuration carries the removable straight-tube bundle construction that defines the OC straight tube range. An internally packed floating rear tubesheet absorbs differential expansion, and the bundle pulls for straight-through mechanical tube cleaning. Dimensionally it is a 10-inch shell unit, 168-inch shell length, and roughly 178 inches overall in a 1-pass arrangement. That works out to about 306 square feet of heat transfer surface on 5/8-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. Operating limits are 125 PSI on the shell side, 125 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. This build is designated 5-151-10-168-001.
