Built around a removable straight-tube bundle, 5-151-10-156-001 delivers general industrial liquid-to-liquid heat transfer for demanding service. An internally packed floating rear tubesheet absorbs differential expansion, and the bundle pulls for straight-through mechanical tube cleaning. Dimensionally it is a 10-inch shell unit, 156-inch shell length, and roughly 166 inches overall in a 1-pass arrangement. That works out to about 284 square feet of heat transfer surface on 5/8-inch O.D. tubes. Standard construction uses cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and steel tubesheets. On the ratings side, expect 125 PSI on the shell side, 125 PSI on the tube side, and 375°F maximum temperature. Common applications are process heating and cooling, condenser and evaporator service, and chemical and refinery duty.
