It shares the compact CHX envelope while targeting service that would attack a standard cooler. Dimensionally it is a 8-inch shell unit, 60-inch shell length, and roughly 66-3/4 inches overall in a 4-pass arrangement. That works out to about 103 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. On the ratings side, expect 300 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. This build is designated CHXS860-4S.
