Its envelope centers on a 8-inch diameter shell, 60-inch shell length, and roughly 66-1/2 inches overall in a 2-pass arrangement. That works out to about 103 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. The build specifies cast iron bonnets, steel shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. The unit is rated for 300 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature.
