CHX660-1S

This configuration is a CHX compact unit built on a fixed-tubesheet bundle for compact liquid cooling. Small-diameter tubes pack maximum surface into a short shell, keeping the mounting footprint tight. The configuration measures 6 inches across the shell, 60-inch shell length, and roughly 65 inches overall in a 1-pass arrangement. That works out to about 56 square feet of heat transfer surface on 3/4-inch O.D. tubes. Material selection covers cast iron bonnets, brass shell, copper tubes, and brass tubesheets. Operating limits are 300 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 300°F maximum temperature. This build is designated CHX660-1S. The series sees regular use in injection molding machine cooling, mechanical seal cooling, and hydraulic and lube oil cooling.
